VILLA B_90.jpg

NATURAL, UNDERSTATED LUXURY

Villa B is a tropical escape and life in ADEM, created for the whole family with plenty of space to relax and enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of rice fields.

We designed the house sustainably by creating open spaces with sliding window system allowing for natural air flow. The roof garden protects the house from the sun.

Villa B blends perfectly into its surroundings. The plastic roof of the house goes around the trees, which allows you to save the trees, the atmosphere of the jungle and be in contact with nature.

Climbing the stairs to the roof you find yourself in a lush garden among trees with a terrace for yoga and an observation deck on the rice fields.

The bedrooms of the villa have their own patio, and one of them has direct access to the pool. With a spacious living room, combined kitchen and dining room, walk-in closets, linen room, the house is ideal for family living. In addition, a terrace with a dining area, a landscaped patio with a waterfall, a roof garden, a yoga area offers interesting scenarios for relaxation and communication.

The L-shaped pool area of 70 sq. towards the rice fields. The shape of the pool unites all the main spaces of the villa.

Villa is surfaced with handmade finishes. Dark wood walls and warm colored decorative plaster contrast with the light terrazzo floor. The handmade joinery of local artisans complements the villa's tropical design palette.
